Named after the Carnelian stone that stood for harmony and energy flow as well as its warm colors, the exceptional architectural style of this neighborhood lives up to the stone’s name. Carnell has its own unique design identity that is inspired by Ancient Egyptian architectural inclinations towards straight lines and small slots. All buildings and flats have spacious lobbies that invite natural light, and hallways that are specifically designed to create cross ventilation increasing airway efficiency and energy conservation. The high ceilings and large windows, the inviting patios and the terraces all work together in harmony to allow for natural light and breeze circulation. The red brick cladding made up of durable material is weather resistant and reduces heat.

This neighborhood has a wide range of differently sized executive flats with finished and semi-finished options. Amenities include a service elevator, underground parking, access to a large basement area, storage space and a driver’s room. More than 300 families are living in Carnell.
